Is Your Company Ready?
While we are interested in a variety of industries, We are specifically interested in aquiring a firm that meets the following criteria…
How are your Margins? Are they healthy and above average for your industry? In General we are looking for firms that are producing $750k to $3m in annual earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation or amoritization (EBIDTA)
How’s your industry doing? Is it growing? Staying Steady? Is it an industry ripe for distruption or pretty safe? We like to work with industries that are growing by at least 5-10% annually. Tell us how your industry is doing.
The magic number. In general we are looking for companies that are producing somewhere in the range of $3-10 million in annual sales. We want to see a company with at least 3 years of positive growth and ideally more than 7 years old.
